Why Consistency is the Key to achieving

your dream physique and routine.

The more consistent you are with implementing healthy habits into your life, the more they become part of your life and a non -negotiable. Before you know it, you can't imagine your life before. The key to consistency is to avoid trying to be perfect 100% of the time. Consistency doesn't always have to be linear but is what helps us stay on track and achieve our goals sustainably.

Having consistent habits implemented into your life & routine makes it so much easier to live a more balanced & flexible lifestyle. Enjoying social occasions without guilt or restriction becomes natural because you have that consistency already there.

Having a consistent routine & consistent habits put in place is going to leave you so much more time to focus on other things such as your career & personal life goals. This is because those consistent habits you already have engrained are now non-negotiable and get done regardless, leaving more time for you to focus on other things!

HOW IT WORKS

Fuelling Nutrition

Our nutrition coaching consists of 1-1, individualised coaching where I will work closely with you to analyse your diet, provide feedback, suggestions and any changes I think are needed. We teach you HOW to fuel your body with the right foods for YOU and YOUR life.

Ignition Training

This is where we focus on getting you strong and confident in the gym. As much as fitness is our core, we believe for everything to come together and for results to be long lasting. a structured training plan needs to be executed.

Resilient Mindset

Our mindset coaching pillar is all about shifting that self-doubt mindset towards self-love. We cover everything from implementing consistent habits, learning how to deal with negative self-talk and overcoming gym anxiety.

Days 1-14

In your first 2 weeks you can expect an intense, supportive and momentum building process with lots of communication from my end to make sure we get off to the best start possible to help you achieve your goals. You'll start to feel less bloated, more energised & excited about whats to come.

Days 14-30

Weeks 2-4 is where you will start to notice a difference in how you feel from within and in your body. Your strength will be on the rise and your confidence and scope in the kitchen will have increased off the back of Fuel Focused' nutritious recipes & meal prep guides.

Days 30-40

Week 4 -6 is where your habits really start to feel like routine. You're sleeping better, you have more energy, you're starting to feel more confident in the gym and by now, you're probably wishing you'd signed up sooner!

Days 90+

3 months into your journey is where we re-group and reassess where we're at. At Fuel Focused each female goes through a full Goal Setting process which gives both you and I clarity on what your long term goals are.

Fitness, Nutrition & Mindset Coach

Hey! Im Fallon, Head Coach here at Fuel Focused. After completing an Undergraduate degree in Nutrition and then a Masters degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Fuel Focused is a space for using my knowledge and own experiences to help females just like myself transform their lifestyle and mindset into something they are proud of.

At Fuel Focused, the goal isn't just fat loss. It's about accepting the body you have here and now, appreciating it's potential and using your strengths to your own advantage.

We are so much more than just PT sessions & meal plans, so if thats what you're looking for, we might not be the right fit.

Where are you based?

I am based at Puregym, Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh.

When can I start?

As soon as you're ready to go, so are we! Fill out the enquiry form through this page to give us the initial details we need to know about you. Then from there, you will be able to book your 1-1 consultation call where we go through everything in depth before you get started on achieving your goals and we get started on creating your programmes & Fuel Focused member account!

Do I need to have been going to the gym previously before signing up?

No! Fuel Focused's programme is for females of a wide range of experience in the gym. If you've been lifting confidently for a few years now but still need that 1-1 support and an extra push to get you to where you want to be, or you've never stepped foot in a gym and are ready to take on this amazing journey with your health, we've got you covered!

How long is the programme?

All programmes with Fuel Focused consist of an initial 3 month minimum commitment period. This is because we are no quick fix around here - we want to work on building the fo
